As you may already know, the Penny Arcade cel sold out in thirty minutes and caused immense stress to our site, causing any issues that you may have experienced with our site at that time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are receiving some more cels from Penny Arcade to make up for the issues some customers experienced, and I've done some tweaking to assure that you'll be sent one of the cels in a separate shipment, at no extra charge. It won't ship at the same time as the microbes, but it will ship as soon as we get those extra cels in.
